RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Process

  • Request a Return:
    • Contact us at support@polymule.com to begin your return process.
    • We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.
  • Return Fees:
    • A $250 non-refundable return shipping fee and a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in unused, original condition.
  • Include the original packaging, paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  • Provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Warranty Exchanges

Any approved warranty exchanges must be requested separately. For warranty claims, visit our Warranty Policy page or contact us at support@polymule.com for assistance.

REFUNDS

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. The non-refundable return shipping charge of $250 and 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please note, the initial shipping cost, if applicable, is non-refundable. We are not responsible for returned packages until they are received at our warehouse.
