Our Commitment to Accessibility

We are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Polymule.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard (such as specific third-party app widgets), but we are actively working to identify and remediate these areas.

Accessibility Features on Our Store

To protect our users and provide a better shopping experience, we have implemented the following:

  • Alternative Text: We provide descriptive alt text for all meaningful product images.

  • Heading Structure: We use a logical sequential heading order (H1, H2, etc.) to assist screen reader navigation.

  • Color Contrast: We manually verify our text-over-image contrast ratios using the Color Contrast Analyser (CCA) to ensure a minimum 4.5:1 ratio (AA standard).

  • Keyboard Navigation: Our store is designed to be navigable via keyboard for users who do not use a mouse.
